  1. Interior Design & Furniture Consultation: We offer design consultations, project planning, and advisory services regarding interior decoration and furniture selection (“Services”).

  2. No Guaranteed Results: While we strive to provide quality advice, we do not guarantee any specific outcome or improvement in property value, aesthetics, or functionality.
     

4. User Accounts

  1. Registration: You may be required to create an account by providing personal information such as Name, Email Address, Contact Number, and Location as detailed in our Privacy Policy. You agree to provide accurate and complete information.

  2. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
     

5. Payments and Refunds

  1. Consultation Fees: Certain Services may require payment of fees. Details of fees, payment schedule, and accepted payment methods (e.g., credit card, UPI, net banking) will be communicated separately.

  2. Refund Policy: Unless otherwise stated, fees paid for consultations are non-refundable. If you believe you deserve a refund for any reason, please email us at savistarinterior@gmail.com, and we will review on a case-by-case basis.
